Early Morning Sadhana at Shala Yoga

Workshop Description

Take advantage of these long light days and get up early for practice (sadhana). Join Kristin Campbell for four mornings, August 7 – 10th from 6am – 8am. These early morning immersions will include a combination of sitting (meditation), breath work (pranayama), mantra (mind-bridge) and yoga-asana,to leave you feeling primed for your day.
