    Simple, effective ways to reconnect with your body, and heart/Spirit in a deep way through Yoga, Meditation, Breath, Embodiment practices.

    How to deprogram from outdated conditioning and behavioral patterns that you developed between ages 0-7yrs and aren’t giving you the results, you want. 

The lotus can grow in the murkiest of waters.

Symbolically the lotus overcomes adversity and suffering on the material plane to reach higher consciousness and Spiritual enlightenment.

And, lotuses thrive best in community.
